The optical window consists of two parallel planes. Optical windows transmit light without changing the imaging of the optical system. Different optical materials have different transmission capabilities to light. Optical windows are usually coated with a specific waveband antireflection coating to reduce reflection. Optical windows are often used to protect cameras, laser processing equipment and sensitive sensors.
